Why is my iphone not chargingig

am sure that these are more or less the same problems that i have with my iPhone.
Why? because the carver, just as Apple products do, has a different charging system.
i went over to the carver place and asked about my problem.
the girl at the desk told me that there are two different systems.
one for quick charge and one for extended and that the kind of power cable i need was not in stock.
i asked for information about how to replace the iPhone battery and was told that i needed to pay $39 to have them replace my battery.
